- Responsible for managing the supply chain for e-commerce business. - Engage with Platform fulfillment teams and ensure OTIF - Expert on eCommerce supply Chain Strategy and Operations - Deep understanding and experience of Demand Forecasting for eCommerce (incorporating promotions planning, event days, seasonality etc.) - Deep understanding and experience of Inventory planning and supply planning operations for eCommerce business - Experience of e-commerce order management Process - Experience of warehousing and logistics in e-commerce setup - Experience in reducing overall Supply chain costs for e-commerce - Understanding and experience of improving Supply Chain KPIs (i.e. Fill rate, On-shelf availability, inventory days etc.) - Understanding of e-commerce landscape: Grocery Chains, Marketplaces, Seller Flex model - Drive Higher fill rates and On shelf availability across Direct and In-direct e-commerce platforms - Drive and lead supply chain discussions with all e-commerce chains Qualification: - MBA in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations from a Tier 1/2 Institute - Engineer from Tier 1 /Tier 2 Institute with practical exposure, experience and knowledge of the supply chain
