Designation: Supply Chain Manager / 3PL Manager Location: Bangalore Major responsibilities: - Responsible for managing Logistics &amp; Supply chain Operations through 3PL partners for B2C Segment - Responsible for increasing reach &amp; capacity using Vendor Management in outsourced environment - Develop 3PL Business Design Charter for sustained differentiation, aligned with organization's strategic vision - Work with cross functional teams to on-board logistics vendors by analyzing techno-economic viability of same - End to end project management for contractual arrangements, rate negotiations, technology integration, and sustaining and improving the shipping capabilities of the logistics partners post launch - Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the Forward &amp; Reverse leg of operations - Work with the Allocation Planning team to determine annual plans for 3PL and monthly orchestration of this - Improve customer experience &amp; operational efficiencies through automation while reducing operating expenses - Ensure minimization of overall 3PL Logistics losses and recover the same from 3PL Vendor/Insurance company - Take measures for increased visibility in 3PL Supply Chain &amp; reduce interventions - End to end management of API Platform for Seller on boarding &amp; Multi-location Serviceability service for sellers - Design customer experience strategies &amp; road map for wide assortment of assets pertaining to 3PL Supply Chain - Lead team members to develop 3PL framework for best in class CX/SX experience and cost efficiency Compensation: Best in the industry Chaitanya Unnamatla Senior Recruitment Officer
