Supply Chain Consulting Role - Transformation Program

Hiring for a leading consulting across India (PAN India Hiring)

Candidates should have consulting experience

Experience:

- Supply Chain Planning & Strategy, Sourcing, Procurement, logistics, consulting and Management exposure preferred.

- Efficient delivery of transformational supply chain programs in planning domain

- Confidently and effectively manages client relationship and delivery of large supply chain transformation programs.

- Lead end-to- end Supply Chain assessment, proof of concepts, develop business case and design consulting approaches & frameworks in collaboration with other Business Unit's and practices for transforming supply chain of global clients

- Understand business processes, identify the gaps, formalize the business requirements to mitigate the gaps and align the requirements with key stakeholders

- Review project performance with client leadership teams, define roles and responsibilities and review performance

- Coordinates various stakeholders.

- Working experience in developing the future ready digital strategy roadmap

- Have in-depth knowledge of key supply chain frameworks and processes across - Sales & Operations, Planning, Forecasting, Integrated Business Planning.

- Experience in COTS products in supply chain space (BY,SAP, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, etc.)

- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes and the disruptive impact of digital technology.
