Roles and Responsibilities
- Delivers a result to the defined standard of quality whilst managing within cost and time constraints
- Manage the projects deliverables to the time, cost, and quality requirements
- Manage the expectations and satisfaction of the project s sponsor and stakeholders
- Lead and motivate the project team
- Create a detailed project plan
- Manage the level or risk in the project and implement effective control procedures
- Deliver the management of the project according to Protivitis policies and procedures
- Can fully cover for the Project Manager for short periods of time (on a large project)

- Core competencies: Procurement transformation, Inventory, Logistics & Warehouse optimization, Sales &Operations Planning, Manufacturing excellence, cost optimization
- Desired competencies: Lean -six sigma certification, Digital supply chain, analytics - R, Python, Tableau, SPSS
Sales & CX:
- Core competencies: Mapping & designing customer journeys, Digital mindset to enable digitalised user experience, Sales acceleration, Sales force productivity improvement
- Desired competencies: Six sigma black belt, Design thinking certification, UI/UX design
