Roles & Responsibility
Will be heading all Category teams and will be accountable for brand alliances, cataloging and driving relationships with channel partners.
Vendor Management and Channel Alliances
- Vendor sourcing, negotiations and on boarding of vendors.
- Execution of vendor agreements and term sheets including monitoring of quality pre selection and post selection of vendors.
- Driving vendor experience towards long term relationships in order to ensure high quality service and standardizing the quality of the products for the end customer.
- Building and Managing key brand tie ups cataloging & strategic planning
- Managing the entire category profile of the online site in terms of pricing, promotions, brand positioning, offers and promotions
- Planning and implementation for developing the entire Category/ product portfolio from the start.
- Drive revenue through developing appropriate strategy for each category.
Team Management and Operation
- Lead cross functional teams and integrate their efforts to maximize operational efficiency.
- Formulating monthly operating plan for revenues, margins and income, promotion and marketing .
- Track and maintain all operations metrics related to sales, margins, order cancellations, seller issues, assortment building.
