Job Content and Scope

Parts Quality Engineering

a- Manage Suppliers to meet Company requirements for new product development in terms of Parts Quality.

- To support suppliers part development progress

- Risk assessment & process audit at supplier end

- Assurance of supplier's tooling/gauge/quality management system

- Countermeasure confirmation & process improvement

- Part inspection & confirmation

b- Manage Global plants for Quality data follow up, review, improve & Standardize

c- To review Global powertrain plants inhouse quality KPI & Summary & direction

1) To lead New product development & ANPQP (APQP) Pilot

2) To collect, review, analyse global quality concerns & report top management

3) Manage suppliers development / process improvement / progress tracking

4) To report projects status of suppliers / countermeasure

5) Keep communication close well with company & the other company affiliated companies.

Job Category Process/Quality/Productivity improvement or New Product development

Required Level 4 years or above experience overall / project management capability

Area Knowledge about

1. New product Development Quality system ANPQP / APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, QFD

2. Quality System ISO/TS 16949, ISO: 9001:2000

3. Statistical tools Six sigma, SPC & Process capability study, MSA, DOE

4. Part Inspection Gear testing machine (ex: kligenberg), CMM
