Supplier Governance Manager - Shared Services

Key skills include :

- Experience in policy writing and compliance

- Experience in relationship management

- Good understanding of BPO markets, outsourcing governance, and supplier relationship management

- Outsourcing governance experience

- Ability to build credibility, garner support and work effectively with internal stakeholders and teammates

- An understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies

- Experience in presenting and communicating to various levels of the organization

- Detail oriented
