Assistant Community Manager New Delhi Office Responsibilities: - As a community-centric brand, Supplecent is invested in building a community of influencers, athletes, nutritionists etc.; You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships through phone, e-mail, social media and professional networking with customers - Provide support in funneling prospective community influencers and reaching out to them with the aim of conversion and retention - Develop expertise on the products Supplecent offers and research nutrition trends to strategically and efficiently communicate important information to prospective customers - Assist in on-boarding for new additions to the Supplecent community and driving engagement and visibility of Supplecent through existing community members - Support all community building and engagement activities promoted by Supplecent and its partners Requirements - - Prior experience of 0-3 years in an online community management or development role preferably in a company with a strong digital presence (FMCG, Beauty or Apparel company experience will be ideal, though not necessary) - Experience in scaling up and building a thriving online and offline community of consumers - Customer-centric attitude and understanding of the importance of creating exceptional customer experiences - Excellent sales aptitude with good presentation, communication, negotiation skills
