Supervisor & Assistant Director - Instructional Designer - Big4 (9-18 yrs)
We are actively hiring for one of our Big 4 client for its Instructional Designing team. Candidates with a Graduate degree should have experience in designing learning solutions and guidelines. Training the content team with focus on E-Learning.
We are hiring for 2 roles:
Supervisor- Exp 9-13 years relevant exp
CTC 20 LPA+Variables
Assistant Director - Exp 12-18 Years relevant exp
CTC -26 LPA+Variables
Key responsibilities
- Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements
- Takes consultative approach to offer solutions
- Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
- Designs solutions that are engaging and effective
- Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
- Experience in developing bite-sized learning and designing for mobile learning
- Knowledge of Bloom Taxonomy and other adult learning principles
- Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
- Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
Key attributes
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement
- Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be required
- Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions
