About the role : - This role involves complete ownership of fulfillment operations, process design & implementation, cost control & reduction, and inventory control in a hyper-growth setup that is bound to become India's biggest pet care company. - The role is suitable for those who enjoy ownership and have an entrepreneurial mindset. What you will do : Fulfillment Operations : - Own and improve OTIF - Provide Management Team and/or Project Stakeholders with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives Process Design & Implementation : - Continuous monitoring and analysis of data/intel derived from the normal operation of Warehouses - Assess and improve SOPs of WH operations - Reduction of WH-related customer grievances - Work closely with cross functions like Technology, Purchase, and Finance and implement best practices - Implement the right storage and packing standards and improve storage efficiency - Co-ownership of cataloging accuracy Cost control & Reduction : - Defining the calculation mechanism of storage, processing, and packing costs - Work on improvement of unit economics of these heads Inventory Control : - Bring in the best practice of inventory control and owns the variance What we're looking for : - Has at least 4 years of experience post-MBA or Engineering from a Tier 1 institute - Has to experience in warehousing operations and process excellence - Is capable of organizing, analyzing, and drawing inferences from large data - Understand cost and inventory What we offer : - Learning & Development : Work with veterinarians in a start-up environment with a steep learning curve - Ownership : Individually lead important charters with high impact potential - Employee first culture : Putting employees above everything else.
