SuperGaming - Product Manager (1-3 yrs)
Devil Amongst Us is the fastest growing game we have ever built. It's growing even faster than our flagship product MaskGun which has 50M downloads across the globe.
We want to hire our first product manager for the game to define product roadmap, launch new features and optimize existing ones, build long-term retention and truly make it a social game.
Social product experience is a big plus, or even a good understanding of social games like Roblox or Minecraft.
Responsibilities:
- Understand our players and their behavior both by looking at analytics and talking to them
- Define product roadmap
- Write specs for new features, launch them and then analyze how they are working
- Build long-term retention features (we definitely don't want to be a game that's hot for 3 months and then poof!)
- Build growth loops within the product to acquire and engage new users
- Understand the fast evolving market of social deduction games and have a vision for where it will head next
Experience and Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of product management experience building and growing social products. Social gaming experience is a big plus.
- Ability to work in a super fast changing environment (things are moving really fast here)
- Hustle and an urgency to ship
