Sunways Global - Manager - Corporate Finance & Strategy (5-7 yrs)
1. Candidate shall assist team in fundraising including equity, debt, structured products from various financial institution, banks, Investors
2. Candidate work with management team to developing strategy for business growth in renewable vertices such as Solar Wind Hybrid, Round the clock, Storage
3. Primary responsibility to prepare financial model, investor presentation, investor documentation under guidance from management
4. Assist management team in preparation of term sheet, Investment documentation, Due diligence
5. Candidate shall co-ordination with project, finance and accounts team to prepare MIS for Investors and Management
6. Evaluation and Review of all new projects, preparation of Project report/Teaser, costing and detailed projections for the purpose of Investor and Financial Institutions
7. Candidate shall have prior experience in renewable energy Industry
