Analyst - Corporate Finance / Investor Relations Professional

Experience: 3 - 7 years work experience in a related profile in I-Banks, Pvt. Equity, Mortgage lending Institutions for finance for Construction and Real Estate.

Responsibility to include:

1. Writing debt / Pvt. Equity proposals and monitoring and documentation.

2. Preparing relevant MIS such as cash flows, fund flows, Profitability Statements, IRRs, Payback periods, DSCR's, projected

3. Create impeccable documentation towards capital mobilization, towards equity market such as QIP

4. Manage the Credit Rating processes for project and the extended enterprise.

5. Manage loan proposals with banks and NBFC's towards project finance and other debt instruments.

6. Financial Modeling, business presentation skills, and communication skills is a must.

7. Front endings with Banks & Financial Institutions for closures on tender.

8. Identification of investors for building a healthy pipeline of funds.

9. Maintain a deep understanding of company performance and a thorough knowledge of competition
