JD - YouTube Growth Lead

Location- Gurgaon | Work from Office

The YouTube Growth Lead will be responsible to deliver growth for Sunstone's YouTube Channels and drive acquisition for the business and managing a high performance team.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Head.

A. What You Will Do

1. Strategize content & SEO to grow the channel organically.

2. Responsible for end to end delivery for the channel - Content Research, Channel Management and Performance Optimization while leading a team of Video Editors, Graphic Designers and Content Creators.

3. Maintain the channel quality, documentation and storage of all videos submission and Accountable for Channel Standards

4. Accountable to create SEO optimized copy for all videos description, titles and tags.

5. Studying YouTube Analytics and figuring out best and new strategies for YT Channels to grow.

6. Will work closely with Marketing Head for YouTube channel related adhoc activities.

7. As a SME of YouTube, responsible to provide ideas to improve overall health and organization of channels and processes.

B. What You Should Have:

1. MBA in Marketing from Top Tier B Schools -IMI,NMIMS,SIBM,TIET, NSIT, MDI,SP Jain.

2. 1 to 2 years of experience in YouTube Channel Management/Operating a Successful YouTube Channel. EdTech Background is a plus.

3. Passion to work on high growth high visibility projects in a fast paced environment.

4. Understanding of YouTube ecosystem.

5. Proficient in YouTube Search Engine Optimization Techniques.

6. You love digging into data - analyzing performance metrics using YouTube Analytics.

7. Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and MS Powerpoint.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment.

9. Preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural environment.

10. People Management Experience is a plus.
