Job Description:
Sunstone Eduversity is looking to hire a Placement Officer in the Bangalore location to join our CRC team, to be the go-to person for extending and maintaining relations with all current and potential corporates for getting best-in-class placements for our MBA/PGDM students in Bangalore.
As a key member of the CRC team, the individual must be a flexible thinker and a very strong communicator. You will play a critical role on a small but high-profile team, in maintaining partnerships with key corporates for the Southern locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand's corporate relations expansion strategy in the South Zone
- Get 100% of the Sunstone's Bangalore MBA/PGDM batch placed in best-in-class placements
- Counsel the students and inform them about the various career trajectories by one on one sessions with students regularly
- Help make the students - industry-ready- by regular counseling, sessions, arranging guest lectures, helping students update their CVs and teaching them about the best practices
- Work with corporates in the Southern zone to find ways for Sunstone to collaborate for its goals and activities
- Managing the portfolio of corporates with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts for hiring Sunstone graduates in premium jobs across all industries
- Ensure that the brand is protected by adhering to company regulations or policies
Experience and Key skills:
- 5+ years of work experience
- Ability to identify trends and react quickly to keep the brand relevant
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure, prioritising workload when needed
- A positive attitude and a desire to produce measurable results
- Good project and people management skills, attention to detail and planning to hit deadlines
- Experience with handling placements in other MBA/PGDM colleges and universities
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs
Minimum Qualifications: MBA
