About the profile : 

- Role is more of internal consultant to Academic, Curriculum, Operations, T&D and Placements team - wherein the person will be responsible end to end program management for the MBA program

- This is a high impact role in which you would be responsible for creating and managing the overall student experience from joining till the graduation

- Complete responsibility of creating a blueprint for program, curriculum structure, academic calendar, evaluation, training & development, extra curricular activities, industry interaction leading to placements

- Drive adoption of technology and LMS among students, faculty and other academic teams

- Create and continuously track employability curve for every student and take real time action

Requirement :

- From a top tier consulting firm with MBA from Tier 1 MBA institute with 3-7 years of experience

- Must be passionate about solving complex problems

- Should have a technology first approach for every problem

- Should be able to sustain and perform in high pressure situation

- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
