Sunstone Eduversity - State Head - Sales (5-12 yrs)
State Head
Objective :
- Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement scaling up in all aspects of Sales, Operations Marketing in the assigned State to achieve the business objectives.
KRA'S :
P&L owner of a Business Unit :
- Drive Initiatives in the State to achieve the overall sales objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure right steps to grow the unit as per market demand.
- Build and scale up the existing business in the state at multi-fold levels
- Identify new business opportunities for Sunstone and build systems processes for the fulfilment of the new business
- Identify effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at the state level in the areas of Market Development, Sales Operations
- Identify the critical/burning issues of the state affecting sales take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed
- Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of Account Managers City Heads and create solutions to remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business
- Identify and work with the Operations Team Account Manager to develop Delivery Strategy for the Accounts in the state.
- Regional Language Knowledge is MUST.
Candidate must be familiar with Telugu/Tamil/ Kannada, or Malayalam.
