About the profile :

- This is a high impact role in which you would be responsible for managing curriculum & academic operations

- End to end responsibility of program and curriculum structure

- Drive adoption of technology and LMS among students, faculty and other academic teams

- Track a student's learning path using the data streams from LMS, Studios and classroom videos

- Automate the remedial action that needs to be taken to ensure that students are following the designated learning path

- Create and continuously track employability curve for every student and take real time action

- Working with Product and academic delivery and curriculum teams to develop actionable insights on the curriculum

- Collaborating with various stakeholders management, faculty, placement teams to drive projects

- Would be working very closely with product & technology team to build solutions for academic teams

- Overseeing campus operations at scale

Requirement :

- Preferably from a Tier 1 institute with 1-4 years of experience in education domain

- Must be passionate about solving for complex problems that exist in education ecosystem

- Should have a technology first approach for every problem

- Should be able to sustain and perform in high pressure situation

- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills

- Should be extremely comfortable with PPTs and other presentation tools
