Responsibilities :
- Responsible for solutions design, solution demonstrations, proposal writing, customer presentations, costing and managing internal stakeholders, Clients, and service providers during the solutioning lifecycle.
- Maintain very high stakes relationship with vice chancellor, director, head of universities.
- Architect the program structure with colleges -developing the right curriculum and pedagogical structures.
- Understand the regulatory, academics, technical infrastructure of higher education industry of India.
- Ensure that all key stakeholders and business decision makers are aligned and onboarded.
- Engaging with clients to understand the students, identify change impact and learning needs, design and validate appropriate solution, prepare proposals and price, pitch solution and close contracts.
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.
- Work in sync with the academics & Operations team to create a commercially viable solutions for the clients.
- Work with Alliances team to manage the account.
- Prepare business proposals and train the team from time to time.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with Industry experts and academics leaders to design course content & program features.
- Own Program research, client insight, program communication and product positioning.
