Candidate MUST have
- Should have an experience in customer and stakeholder mgmt.
- Should have an experience in managing the delivery for $10Mn account per annum (Financial Services domain)
- Expert in complete Process and Agile mgmt. (Should have Scrum certified and PMP certified)
- Financials Services domain expertise
- Should have strong expertise in Quality assurance, Test automation solution engineering
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Project Management principles, disciplines and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology
- Experience spanning across Delivery & Agile management, Quality assurance, Test automation solution engineering and consulting and Test Process Consulting
- Extensive experience in QA leadership including coaching, Agile testing adaptation and building long-term technical solutions for variety of mid and large enterprise clients
- In-depth understanding in Business processes and Financial Services domain
- Oversees the monthly performance of Clients to ensure it is consistent with Account Management and Client requirements
- Establish a strategy of continuous delivery risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout the delivery life cycle
- Establishes the processes that ensure successful delivery of technology projects
- Owns the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards & practices.
- Manages the service delivery team delivering to the customer(s), driving development and effectiveness.
- Depending on the size of the account, identifies opportunities for new business and account growth.
- Works independently, or with the Service Delivery Team or Delivery Executive, to develop new business within the account, where appropriate, leading on new business such as renewals.
- Contribute to RFP responses and orals, creating contracts, SoWs
- Effectively manage schedules and timelines - maintains timeline-bound project roadmap including long-term delivery forecast
- Displaying a broad knowledge of contractual SLAs to ensure service delivery as per client expectations
- Excellent client-facing skills to interact with IT/Business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by clear technical approach, issue explanation, documentation of knowledge, and effective intra- and inter-group communication
- Quick to identify growth opportunities at the customer location and work with various stake holders, to define & deliver a proposal response.
- Strong understanding of the Financials Domain
- Manage customer relationships through regular communication with clients through weekly/ monthly and Quarterly reviews.
This role requires a solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in leading large cross-functional teams using Agile SCRUM/ Kanban, iterative, waterfall methodologies best practices, values and principles
