Role:
We are looking for Sales Professionals from a Software Testing or IT services sales background, who will be responsible for driving sales of software testing/QE services/Cloud Services. The resource will ideally promote Suneratech in the market and will build relationships with clients and partners promoting Suneratech brand and offerings. The resource is expected to carry a quota and hit new client logo and revenue targets through proactive sales.
What is expected out of this Role?
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle for Testing / Quality Engineering/IT Service/Cloud Solutions opportunities.
- Work collaborative with global work force in converting sales leads to clients
- Focus on acquisition of new customers with ability to work as an individual contributor selling to midsized companies & large enterprises
- Ownership & participation of end to end sales cycle for new client acquisitions
- Lead C suite, VP and QA decision makers business meetings for sales & proposal presentations
- Effectively work with internal partners in full sales lifecycle from lead generation, solution engineering, marketing, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the accounts assigned
- Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements
- Experience in account mining, growth and customer success
- Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events
- Educate prospective customers on the merits of Suneratech wide range of services, skills/expertise and engagement models
- Managing & Nurturing existing customers
- Need to travel for client meetings
- Flexible to balance work in US time zones
What should you possess to be an ideal fit for this position?
- Should have 5-15 years of relevant experience in IT Sales
- Must have the ability to prospect, qualify, and capture new business opportunities related to End to End Quality Engineering/Testing types
- Disciplined in sales forecast, maintaining customer relationships and communication with internal stake holders
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets (minimum $2 Million/Yr)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Technically sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends
- Strong presentation skills, listening skills and customer service skills
- High level understanding of Quality Engineering / testing services/IT Service/Cloud Service is a plus
