Position Summary

The position on alliances and partnerships takes an active role in the company and acts as the driver to steer the company with the right long term partnerships in all aspects of the business and responsible for creating a body of research work that is needed for key decisions

The Objectives of this role include

The main objectives of strategic partnerships is to research, source the right partners on a need basis that aligns with the Strategic intent of SunEdison, engage in discussion and negotiations, and execute partnership.

Position Responsibility

Broad areas of responsibility include but not limited to

- Assist the Business leader in facilitating effective partnerships in your zone

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and execute alliances and partnerships; implement the partnerships, create SOPs and handover to the respective teams

- Navigate internal & external stakeholders to run the partnership discussions end to end, including identifying the right opportunities, framing win-win structures, negotiation and closure. Collaborate internally with product management, marketing, and ops team

- Assuming day-to-day responsibility of the projects, alliances, partnerships and tasks, which includes setting leader's strategic priorities and managing internal and external stakeholder communication

- Researching, benchmarking, analyzing data and making business recommendations

- Researches, complies, assimilates and prepares confidential and sensitive documents and briefs

- Research, develop hypothesis, and lead strategic investments in emerging technologies

- Research on business potential in your zone, go-to market and expansion strategy

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback

Position Experience

2-3 years' experience gained in strategic initiatives

Position Academic Qualification

MBA from tier-1/2 institutes or IIT/NIT graduates
