Position: Sr. Manager/DGM
Education : MBA from a premier institute (like IIMs, XLRI, TISS,SIBM) .
Overall experience (8-12 yrs).
Requirement :
- Core experience in technology aspects of learning and talent management. Would be expected to anchor the global implementation of Success Factors (HRMS) in the same areas and, after that, manage the platform on an ongoing basis with new offerings.
- Other relevant skill sets would be instructional design (content development for digital offerings), delivery of Instructor-led training programs on soft skill areas, leadership development (role would involve managing Hi Po journeys from both content and execution perspective)
