b. Negotiation and VE based cost reduction 7.5% per year for a 4 year life cycle basis

c. Maintain BOM Costs and drive cost reduction

d. Sourcing of FG products like Charging Station, Dock

(b) Non Production & Capex

a. PR to PO conversion matrix in stipulated time frame

b. Annual Maintenance Contract management

ii. Stores

(a) Establish, set up & maintain

(b) Zero variance Book Vs Physical Stock

(c) Zero damages to stored material

(d) Feed production line with zero delay

iii. Domestic Logistics & Packing

(a) Lowest cost and lowest time with no damages

(b) Insurance and documentation

iv. Customs & International Logistics

(a) Zero detention, zero demurrages

(b) Lowest cost and lowest time with no damages

(c) Insurance and documentation

v. Production Planning & Control

(a) Interact with marketing and external agencies and deliver end product to customer in time with acceptable quality

(b) Interact internally with purchase, stores, production, quality, ERP database, engineering, finance and ensure zero deviation in Plan Vs Actual on production deliverables

vi. Inventory

(a) Zero deviation Book Vs Physical across organisation

(b) Get annual inventory audit done across organisation, interact with external auditors, provide reports and justifications to management for financials

(c) Empowered to make systems and procedures accordingly

vii. Field Operations

(a) Functionally manage Supply Chain, field installation, spare parts, warehouses - on cost and time ( this team reports administratively to Customer Care deptt )

viii. QMS & ERP Database

(a) Establish & maintain processes as per IATF 16949

(b) Maintain ERP and make BOM purchases through MRP runs

ix. Agreements

(a) Vendor agreements, NDAs, Master Supply Agreements

(b) To regularise all pending agreements from existing vendors

x. Warranty Management

(a) Lead and manage warranty from vendors till closure

b. Requirement

a. Minimum Qualification - BE/BTech and/or MBA

b. Minimum Experience - 15 years

c. Soft Skillset required

a. Project planning

b. Time management

c. Communication

d. High Sensor & Thinker in FITS

e. Stickler to rules and regulations
