Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering

Skillset :

- Design Knowledge : Electrical LV/HV, Mechanical, Control System, Instrumentation, Heat & Mass Transfer, Mechatronics

Expertise on :

- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

- Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)

- Statistical Process Control (SPC)

- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Experience: - hands on- Supplier Quality Assurance experience of 15+ Years, must have established technical exellence and quality assurance of complete product lifecycle from inception to mass production ..

Role Description:

- Heading Supplier Development and Quality Assurance function

- Participate as active contributor in technology development so it can be scaled up and

Outsourced :

- Concept level architecture finalisation

- Product requirement finalisation

- Detailed design drawings, documentation, design release

- CFT member & leader as applicable

Deliverables :

- Physical Product

- Organise physical prototypes using in house and outsourced resources

-  Be responsible to meet business quantitative targets, production numbers

- Carry Out, Execute & maintain records and use these to create robust Supply Chain establishment

- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

- Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)

- Statistical Process Control (SPC)

- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

- Quality Agreements

- Negotiate & finalise agreements related to Quality - Quality Audit Agreement, CSR, QAP, QIP, PSW etc

Cost :

- Establish benchmarks and targets for Cost Of Quality for each component

- Lead to achieve the established targets and carry out audits to ensure targets are achived

- Man Management

- Team Management and day to day interaction/progress

MIS :

- Create and provide crisp MIS on agreed frequencies - D/W/M/Q/Y

- Documentation

- Establish, create and maintain processes and documentation as per IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001

Ideal Candidate (Experience, Qualification, Previous Work-ex, Companies etc.)

- Individual from Aviation, Robotics industry.

- Should have controlled the Quality Assurance team of Electrical, Mechanical and Automation with frugal design engineering concept.

- Good that the person has grown up from engineering design level to manage the Quality Assurance team
