Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyse operational procedures & processes and suggest improvement opportunities. The responsibility involves thorough understanding of banks policies, procedures, internal controls framework and staff level authorities.

- Support Section Head / Department Head on key Organizational / BPR / Kaizen Projects. Liaison, track, monitor and report the progress.

- Support coordination of various Audits conducted from time to time. The responsibility requires active involvement with Auditors and auditee departments.

- Proactively analyze and assess impact of new regulatory guidelines on operations and work / coordinate with relevant departments to implement consequent changes.

- Conduct periodic quality assurance checks, evaluate various operation processes against the written procedures, identify gaps, liaison with respective Department Heads / Section Heads and arrange to bridge them in a timely manner.

- Any other organizational projects or tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager(s) time to time in the normal course of business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Basic knowledge of banking regulations, banking products, banking operations & related procedures. Exposure to Operations & Technology processes. Drafting of Process Manuals, Technology Change requests, BRD, etc. Working knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques. Certification in Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen / etc. will be an added advantage.

- Ability to think out of the box, constructively and communicate freely, efficiently, and effectively at all levels. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Good conceptual and communication / language (writing) skills

Manager: 6-10 years

AVP: 10-14 years
