Suminter India Organics - Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

- Overall ownership of books of accounts

- Ensuring all the taxation effect are given correctly

- Preparation of data for submission to investors

- Budgeting

- Ledger scrutiny

- Responsible for monthly closure of books of accounts

- Responsible to develop & upgrade MIS

- Coordinate with Internal auditor and get the audit done within fixed timelines

- Reply & compliance to all internal audit observations

- Preparation & presentation of annual accounts of the company

Statutory & Internal Audit:

Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Internal audit. Review & follow up internal auditors observation for taking corrective and preventive actions. Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Statutory Audit.

Responsible for working capital management related activities.

- Responsible for fund raising and related activities.

- Responsible for Trade Finance related activities of the organization.

- Effectively handle all matters related to Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees, PCL, PCFC, Bill Discounting, Limit Monitoring etc.

- Coordination/Negotiation with Banks for Trade Finance related matters. Ensure the adherence to the requirements of Bank/RBI/FEMA Compliances.

- Responsible for receipts & Payments related to Foreign Exchange.

- Hedging on the basis of well-informed and researched decisions.

- Monitor/ oversee and ensure timely completion of - Entering Sales Invoices of All Location, Booking of all sales invoices, Bank Reconciliation, Follow-up with Sales Team for Receivables.

- Assist in Fund Management by Daily Fund Plan & Cash Flow details. Should be able to handle Working Capital Management.

- Audit - Statutory & Internal : Responsible for preparation of All Audit related Working as per Auditor's requirement, taking corrective & Preventive actions in a timely manner.

- Ensure the proper maintenance & updation of Debtors Statement, Comdex File Updation etc.

- Guide the team-members to improve the overall efficiency of the team.

- Co-ordination with cross functional teams

Desired Skills:

Education- MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant

- Must have in depth practical knowledge of IND AS, IFRS.

- Well conversant with SAP FICO

-Should have done Consolidation of accounts for various legal entities within India and globally

- Done Budgeting, Forecasting with consolidation & elimination process

- Parctical experience in Cash flow statement based on financial statements with ratio analysis & GL scrutiny etc.

- Excellent communication skills: Written & Oral
