Candidate will be responsible for :  - Planing the organic farming projects with budgets and expenses.  - Managing organic farming projects in pan India throughout the entire organic supply chain.  - Making proper travel plan in various projects to monitor the project teams & various field activities.  - Overseeing the daily Project Management, Project Administration  - Managing product line from project areas in regards to specifications and quality, and standards as per customer requirements; ability to manage daily activity and field officer expenses  - Developing and maintaining the complete Internal Control System  - Preparing and implementing of Organic crop production plan, Procurement plan.   - Provision of advisory services to project teams, project farmers; conducting farmer meetings and training for organic cultivation  - Understanding & monitoring of quality parameters for procurement of commodities from project farmers & other traders.  - Troubleshoot, problem resolution, negotiating and partnership development.  - Co ordination with organic certifying agencies for getting certification of projects & processing units.  - Monitoring & updating the Trace Net data for smooth & timely release of TC's for traded commodities  Desired Profile :   - Candidate must possess 15-20 Years of experience.   - Experience in organic farming, Contract Farming is must.  - Well versed with organic standards, procedure at all levels production, processing & handling/distribution.  - Should have complete commodity knowledge about Quality, procurement season, Market intelligence, sources & warehousing/storage's.  - Experience in Planning & budgeting of Agri. / Horti. Projects.   - Experience in certifications of organic farming projects & processing units  - Experience in managing thousands of acres of land and supporting team of in contract & corporate farming.  - Exposure to selection/grading/procurement functions of various products - foods and textiles  - Should have strong oral and written skills.
