To know more about the company please visit our website : www.suminter.com.   Job Description :  - Establishing financial objectives in line with the vision and organization objectives.   - Complete financial management and day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial related activities- accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, project viability & analysis, negotiations, investor relationship, partnership compliance, private & institutional financing.  - Resource mobilization and monitoring fund movements. Negotiation with Banks/ FIs on terms of credit, pricing, service charges etc.   - Company ROC, taxation & Export related compliances including FEMA.  - Implementation of effective business & financial performance monitoring mechanisms through MIS.   - Finalization of accounts and compliances.   - Taxation direct & indirect- planning, including transfer pricing.  - Treasury management including Forex & commodity risk management.  - Working Capital management/PCL/PCFC Export finance  Statutory and Internal Audits :   - Team Handling - Performance Review  - Stock/inventory Valuation  - Stock reconciliation Actual Vs Physical  - To provide Training to team on the recent amendments in Tax, on Accounting Standard etc  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Candidate should be CA qualified with minimum 12 years of experience in Accounts and Finance  - Exceptional financial, commercial, tactical and technical skills.   - Strong project finance experience and been an expert in handling Banks/FIs at commensurate levels.   - Extensive exposure to ERP.   - Been strong in strategic planning, execution, contracting, negotiations and change management.  - Knowledge of ERP accounting system is added advantage  - Manufacturing and Inventory Management experience  Contact Detail :   Ms. Kirti  Suminter India Organics Pvt.
