We are currently working very closely with 19,000 marginal farmers in 9 states, across 108,000 acres of certified agriculture land to procure process and package organic products at the client's doorstep in the USA and EU.   To know more about the company please visit our website : www.suminter.com.   Job Description:   - Coordinating, participating in Business Operations Review Meeting, Board meetings and giving presentation to team as well as customers.   - Coordinating with all cross functional dept. preparation and analysis of Technical as well as Operational data.   - Should be capable of Analyzing Financial and Operational data received from various divisions/group companies.   - Giving the summarized MIS reports on all parameters to management.   - Preparation and circulation of monthly reports on orders, dispatches, productions and collections.   - Mapping all key productions key parameters on Month on Month basis and submitting reports to management.   - Working and coordinating with various cross- functional teams for better efficiency   - Helping in the process mapping with the actual output required at Operations levels.   - Analyzing the market requirement and total scenario as per business plan for Organic products   - Working with the Sales team for preparation of Sales plan as well as Marketing plans yearly basis & review on monthly basis.   - Working with the team for financial projections as well as Budget to summarize it for the management.  - Working with team for the various improvements initiatives at operations as well as strategic level.   - Regularly generates progress reports against the outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements.   - Providing Support Management to formulate strategy (Plan & Monitor Implementation) by preparing Strategic, Business presentations and reports.   - Spearheading different key projects to drive efficiency & manage growth.   Desired Profile :   - MBA from a reputed institute with an Engineering Background, B.E (Mechanical, electrical).   - Efficient organizational skills.   - Good interpersonal and communication skills.   - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.   - Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow to meet rigid project deadlines.   - Demonstrated ability to work with the team.   - Proficient with MS office.   - Interested Candidates should have worked in a similar role earlier.   - Candidate with relevant experience may only apply   Contact Detail :  Ms. Sneha  Suminter India Organics Pvt.
