Sulekha.com - Product Manager

- Identify opportunities for new product initiatives in specific categories based on primary and secondary research with our existing users and SMBs.

- Preparing business case/plans for new product releases that includes pricing, product features, implementation roll out, etc.

- Owning the metrics of growth of product and business metrics in these new categories

- Conceptualization and implementation of the product features from scratch till LIVE.

- Initiate and prioritize projects and features with engineering, design and listings team, track product development and launch product on time

- Create detailed wireframes and Requirement documents

- Experience in single handedly handling new product releases from scratch to implementation

- Should have closely worked with multiple stakeholders across teams for different projects, to implement the same from start till end

- Track record of defining and releasing successful products across quick, iterative releases

- 2+ years of Product Management Experience, with exposure to product development in all life cycles such as design, development, testing

- BE/B-Tech, preferably CS and MBA from premier college
