Key Responsibilities- - Build from scratch & grow the Portfolio of FMCG- Processed foods Category. - New Product Development & Private Labelling/Own Brand Creation. - Handled NPD in FMCG - Food. Launched products in various categories (Snacks, Frozen, RTC/RTE, Beverages, F&V, Bakery) and build a profitable category & Good Manufacturers network. - Check and improve safety and quality control procedures at own and suppliers' factories, from the raw material stage through to the finished product. - Coordinate and provide support for developing, refinement of products to meet the consumer needs. - Prepare product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products. - Build Strong Manufacturer base & Supply chain capabilities. - Manage Pricing & Negotiations, taking into account suitable benchmarks. - Sourcing & Buying of respective categories. - Identify growth levers, concern areas, performance at category & product level to show positive trends. - Team building & Management. - Strategic planning for Revenue growth & Cost optimizations. - New projects or initiatives to grow business & set up SOPs. - Additional skills like Strategic Planning, Business Intelligence, Leadership Qualities & Team Management. Criteria- - Qualification- Btech in Food Technology - 5-8 years in Food & FMCG Industry - Work location- Bengaluru - Languages Known- English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil (Kannada and Tamil not Mandatory).
