Roles & Responsibilities - Spearheaded and lead all operations for a newly launched e-commerce vertical for the company. - To manage the company's Supply Chain Operations. - Develop and implement effective warehouse operations, supply chain management, vendor management, and ensuring quality and cost control. - Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth. - Build a robust network of logistics to ensure accurate timely dispatch, ensure timely sharing of dispatch details with stakeholders and perform stock reconciliation. - Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as On Time Performance. - Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, and receiving. Who we are looking for - 1-3 years of experience in supply chain optimization - Experience in setting up a warehouse/inventory management system. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Data-Driven & Analytical skills
