- Will be responsible for driving business operations - own process design, control operational metrics, and drive best practices.

- Identify new opportunities for improving processes, systems and product solutions that impact consumer, coach or doctor experience.

- Build and scale operational and quality teams for driving multiple operations streams across different products & user lifecycle.

- Will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as Coaches, Doctors, Operations team, to execute and deliver key operational / system processes impacting business metrics.

- Manage and drive timely execution of all initiatives across people, process and technology functions.

What are we looking for?

- Prior work experience in operations or customer experience design functions in a fast paced startup environment. - Understanding of operations, strong analytical mind, customer obsession and working with multiple stakeholders to drive impactful change.

- Individuals with passion about healthcare and changing the face of it in India

- Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables
