Over the next 2 years, our goal is to transform the digital experience for millions of commuters, as well as digitally underserved / unserved masses, unlocking over 2.5 billion hrs of digital consumption, where otherwise Apps don- t work reliably, due to unstable or inexistent cellular connectivity. Apart from this, we also aim to help ISPs and other data service providers free up bandwidth by bringing high consumption services closer to the end consumer.

Customer Retention Manager

Core Function :

- To define & drive customer journeys across platforms for a higher customer engagement & own the retention rate of the user base.

Responsibilities :

- Determines customers- needs and wants by conducting the research needed to obtain relevant information which will help you build better user journeys.

- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product road map by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas for capturing user information & for higher engagement.

- Have a multidisciplinary approach & assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors- products.

- Build user analysis & segmentation to create custom user routes for more relevant communication.

- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term retention & engagement forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.

- Facilitates content engagement and discovery by reviewing and adjusting consumer patterns.

- Make new engagement mediums operational by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and product teams.

- Completes operational requirements by scheduling campaigns for relevant user segments via multiple mediums.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills :

- Product Management, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Planning, Competitive Analysis, User Journey Planning and Strategy, Data Analysis

Qualification :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role

- Experience in product lifecycle management

- Background in software development and program management is preferred

- Familiarity with Agile framework

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Creative thinking skills

- BSc/BA/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
