We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager who can multi-task and wear multiple hats across marketing, Go-to-Market and campaign management. As the lead for all initiatives involving partners, this role entails developing brand awareness, ensuring that SugarBox is positioned well to end consumers within partner eco-systems. You will work closely with brand, sales, digital marketing (Performance and social) and on-ground activation teams to ensure demand generation for partner apps, consumer acquisition/retention campaigns, drive revenue for strategic partners in India. - You will be the face of marketing when dealing with partners and develop the framework for engaging with partners on a joint marketing calendar, annual budgets and seasonal events. You're someone who has the ability to influence and yet be very collaborative. - The ideal candidate is someone who's creative and analytical. A solid understanding of managing alliances, running campaigns with business-driven rationale is desired. If you're a tech enthusiast with a flair for consultative selling, we- d love to talk to you. That said, here's what you'll do, day-in and day out: Channel Partner Marketing Strategy: - Conceptualize and execute co-marketing strategies for partners, in collaboration with Sales teams and partner alliance/busines teams. - Develop a marketing calendar that meshes with partner marketing moments including monthly, seasonal, tactical plans. - Develop the playbook for co-marketing across a multitude of objectives - consumer acquisition/retention or revenue generation/ time spent on partner platforms. - Manage marketing budgets, operational aspects including creative development, quarterly reviews with partners. - Develop framework to track, evaluate and optimize partner funded campaigns and report success. - Work closely with Brand, Analytics, Digital and PR teams on GTM plans for partner launches on Sugarbox. - Take lead on partner branded content, joint marketing campaigns, video podcasts, roadshows etc Key KPIs : - Develop co-marketing playbook across verticals. - Drive partner acquisition/ engagement campaigns. - Create a holistic value proposition that ensnares partner attention - Track, optimize and report campaign results Education Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Advertising & Communications / Business Administration; MBA a plus. Experience and Skill Requirements : - Degree/ MBA and relevant industry experience. - 8-10 years of work experience in partner/ Large enterprise marketing/Channel Partner marketing or Sales in ecommerce/ad agencies. - Hands-on experience of working on co-marketing campaigns for large/mid-size enterprises or Account Based Marketing plans - Experience in B2B sales/marketing, developing joint content initiatives, channel partner strategy. - Proficient in creating coherent marketing plans (Plan on a Page), with attention to detail. - Ability to work with partner teams, business development and product/engineering teams is a plus.
