What's the purview of the Growth role @ SugarBox? Key role that cuts across several company domains. The key responsibility of this team is to ensure that SugarBox achieves the acquisition, consumption and monetization related growth targets. Some of the key responsibility areas will be : - Build the App onboarding strategy, along with industry priority, for App partnerships for SugarBox - Work with the App Partnership and Product teams to streamline and optimize the App onboarding process and time to market - Provide strategic insights to the App Partnerships team with respect to industry to network performance mapping, key value drivers for industries, as well as consumers - Build industry / partner opportunity models to provide insights on pricing strategy, Minimum guarantees, etc. to the App Partnerships teams - Jump In whenever and wherever needed - Hands-on involvement to ensure that the function objectives are met - Involves mobilizing efforts in the operations domain to fast-track closures - Or any other void that needs to be filled across functions What's the purview of a Growth Lead @ SugarBox? - A Growth lead will own all of the above objectives for a particular set of SugarBox POIs that are defined by the same or similar consumer funnel trends - A Growth lead will report the Growth Head who runs the mandate across all SugarBox POIs What do we expect from you? - Previous experience & a proven track record in managing partnerships with digital services like media, ecommerce, gaming and/or other partners - Must have technical experience and qualification to qualify for the role - Passion for change & passion to excel - Analytical skills, laser sharp focus, structure, and the ability to mobilize & drive cross functional teams - Curiosity to reinvent the wheel using common sense and empathy (We are all about paradoxes!) - Keenness to unlearn and relearn everything as you go along - Business acumen partnered with attention to detail - Extraordinary communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
