SUGAR Cosmetics - Manager - SEO & Analytics

SUGAR Cosmetics (www.SugarCosmetics.com) is India's fastest growing cosmetics brand and is currently in the middle of rapidly expanding its team and operations. Our Marketing team is hiring for the position of Manager - SEO & Analytics to research, implement and manage all activities for organic SEO success.

We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

- Identifying key performance indicators for SEO which complement overall marketing and business objectives

- Building and executing the brand's SEO plan based on the KPIs identified above

- Tracking, reporting and improving rankings on all major search networks and online sales platforms

- Researching the latest search engine optimization recommendations and implementing the same across all brand channels

- Working closely with content, marketing and development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented as per the overall SEO plan

Skills Required :

- Solid understanding of Content and Brand Strategy, Link Building and overall Organic Traffic

- Continuous keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

- Discipline in measuring and reporting website traffic against goals

- Experience in optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization

- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools & Excel

Education : Graduate/Post Graduate

Work experience : Minimum 3 years (eCommerce/digital marketing agency/online hospitality or travel company experience preferred)
