Successive Technologies - Lead/Manager/Senior Manager - Project Management (6-17 yrs)

Core Responsibility Areas:
- Managing the overall project independently with the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time(hours/cost) with the agreed quality and aligned with the scope agreed upon with the client.
- Ensuring that all the project artifacts (project plan, road map, sprint boards, risk register, billability matrix, etc.) are being maintained and always up to date.
- Ensure there's no communication gap with the client and internally within the team and other internal stakeholders.
- Share the billing data with the accounts team as per the agreed billing cycle of the project.
- Remove the blockers on the project team as soon as possible so there's minimal effort and time wastage in the project.
- Managing the resources of the project proactively so there are no impacts on the project (both allocation and deallocation).
- Take overall responsibility for the success and failure of the project.
- Helping in the pre-sales activities that may require solutions, getting estimates, reviewing, and sometimes drafting proposals.
