Subject Matter Expert - Utilities - Transformation

Hiring for a leading Consulting Brand

Role : SME - Utilities

In-depth understanding of Utilities domain industry across multiple geographies including UK, US, ANZ and MEA

- Deep knowledge of classic and new domain offerings like Meter to Cash, Connections to Collections, Asset Management, Energy Management, Smart Metering, Customer Services

- Should have led / participated in 2-3 large transformation engagements

- Innovative solution development to client issues

- Analytical experience to deal with complex business problems and High degree of decision making and problem solving

- Proven success in Continuous Improvement / Transformation implementation strategies- Strong customer orientation.

- Maintain awareness of new and emerging operating practices, technologies such as robotic automation, machine learning & artificial intelligence and the potential application on operations

- Managing client visits for prospects, existing clients with respect to transformation presentations

- Possess Leadership skills to interface with key stakeholders and develop and grow the footprint

- Proven track record of cross selling and up selling & growing Utilities delivery teams in the earlier organizations

- Exposure to ERP like SAP and Oracle

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office - MS Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
