Eligibility Criteria :

a. Qualifications : Any BE / B. Tech Graduate

b. Experience : SME-Switch : 3 to 6 years with Switch & Card Management System.

c. General Requirement :

Candidates must possess good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; good listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills; willingness to share techniques and skills with peers; and must be available for off-hour emergency calls, flexible with 24- 7 shift timings ;People management skills.

d. Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsibility for managing the Switch and Card Management System (CMS) for servicing clients on card processing.

- Responsible for Rupay Interchange Clearing and settlement management.

- Supporting the team and transition projects of Rupay.

- Part of the CoE and knowledge bank in Quatrro on the Interchanges and Acquiring systems.

- On a day to day basis, works closely with the Clients and the Switch/CMS providers on all aspects of the system.

- Provide technical expertise to the card processing business and enable the business to smoothly transition new clients- card portfolios and seamless delivery of processing services.

- Work with the operations team, Client/ CMS provider's IT and Technology contacts, Rupay Card scheme, on all aspects of the system and interfaces.

- Work with local switches, ATM-POS system providers and any other links in the payment chain.

- Ensure strict adherence of the unit to compliance and confidentiality requirements.

- Work on CMS design and processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimize service delivery to clients.

- Ensure highest levels of service delivery and adherence to SLAs.

- Support delivery to clients and resources as per project plans.

- Continuously learn with and train the processing services teams to build - best in class CMS expertise.
