Our Client is hiring Subject Matter Expert (SME)-SCM in Gurgaon

Willing to travel or relocate within India or abroad.

Educational Background: B.E. / B. Tech or Equivalent degree

JD/Experience :

- Over 12+Years of experience in Pre- Implementation, Implementation and Support of Oracle eBS Apps R12 (SCM, Distribution, eAM and Manufacturing.), Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Service, Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Service. Has hands of experience in Inventory, Purchasing, i-Procurement, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, Sourcing, i-Supplier portal, Landed Cost Management, Service Procurement, Procurement contract, WMS, Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Supplier Life Cycle Management (SLM) Modules. Experience in integration of Manufacturing (Bill of Materials, Work in Process), eAM, Projects and Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA, CM) Modules.

- He will lead, direct, challenge, and motivate SCM teams as well as coordinate and sync with Finance, Projects, HCM and Technical team to ensure successful delivery of our clients- requirements. He will also be responsible for growing key accounts through expansion of product & service offerings. He must be solution driven, client-focused, Quality oriented, proactive, dynamic leader, mentor to guide employees and be willing to travel regularly.

- Having full end to end life cycle implementations experience of Oracle Applications eBS R12 and fusion cloud service.

- Experience with Minimum 6-7 complete Life cycle end to end Oracle EBS Implementations, extensive Fusion implementation Functional experience will be an added advantage.

- Experience managing at least 10 end-to-end ERP implementations with a minimum of 20 people assigned to each project.

- Experience in developing and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes

- Experience utilizing the complete AIMS or OUM Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle

- Solid logic, analytical skills, and organizational skills, High ethics and values

- Positive motivator and team builder

- Exceptional customer facing skills, both verbal and written

- Ensuring integration of people with effective & periodic communication

- Proven experience in onsite/offshore including Experience in Crisis management, people management, client management, delivery, risk, Issue and Escalation management

- Building and enhancing competencies of the team for current & future requirements

- Desirable Technical Competency as Oracle E-Business suite, Oracle cloud computing and expertise in Procurement, SCM, advance modules of Procurement and advance modules of SCM.

- Good exposure in Requirement Gathering, requirement Analysis, Mapping, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, Development, Data Conversions, SIT, Key User Training, UAT and Production Support.

- Working experience with AME for hierarchy configuration or Position hierarchy Implementation.

- Implemented customized solutions where standard application doesn- t support in SCM modules.

- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Ability to work with non IT people, adapt easily to a new environment & quick decision making, leading team, strong communication skill and problem resolving approach.

- Good exposure in Application Implementation OUM Methodology OUM and delivered documents like RA040, RD011, RD045, AN010, AN030, AN050, DS030, TE025, TS020, WM020 and BT070 etc.

- Vast experience in Project management & execution, which include successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project, in term of managing the project's context as well as content. Proven track record in successfully implementing of oracle ERP solutions.

- Having implementation global experience and having experience in leading the offshore team.

- Having experience in oracle foot print mapping, RFP response and efforts estimation.

- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process, and ability to work in a highly customized Oracle Applications Environment

- Must have excellent time management, strong presentation, strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Working knowledge on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)

- Having very good knowledge on oracle accounting entries.
