Subject Matter Expert - Sales - Agri (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning and execution

- Support Sales heads and S2 in planning for all the focused products

- Guide the Market insights lead/PMs on opportunity analysis and crop expansion plan of Marketing product.

- Do trials for crop opportunity analysis under the guidance of the Marketing team from GHO.

- Ensure that the Internal Demos of Products of Minus Year 1 / Minus Year 2 are conducted as advised by GHO marketing team from time to time.

- Maintain details of competitor products and should be aware of the new market trends & send market information to GHO Marketing Portfolio head and Product Managers.

- Lay out a plan for target achievement of focused products and advise Sales head and S2 for implementation .

- Train zonal team and work as a SPOC for the area defined for all technical queries.

- Work as a conduit between zonal sales& BD team (executers) and GHO Marketing team ( Strategy planner) .

- Implement BCS concept and Own your farmer concept.

- Liaison with all KVLs, Universities and Govt. officials for Focused product.

- Provide relevant inputs to sales team after gaining knowledge of market drivers.

- Any other job as assigned by Sales Head time to time.

- Enabling profit maximization

- Drive and support targeted sales across crop and product portfolios

- Find future opportunities of existing and new Marketing products

- Statutory Compliance & Control

- Complaint handling- be vigilant and ensure support for product success.

- Be vigilant to ensure that there is no gap in Statutory compliance for DAL products (ALL Product)

- Geography - Punjab+ Haryana + Rajasthan
