Network Analytics domain for telecom network operators via: - Defining, evangelizing, and executing on a market-leading product strategy - Assessing market potential and estimating ROI from product roadmap deliveries - Engaging with engineering teams, sales, presales consulting, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Specification of innovative feature sets - Validation of new ideas with customers - Close engagement with Engineering, UX and data teams to achieve outcomes - Pre-sales and Sales teams enablement during technical evaluations - Successful go-to-market results with on-time, high-quality product deliveries. Responsibilities: - Identify product requirements and design features/user stories that drive compelling business value and satisfying customer experience - Define an exciting product roadmap by combining market understanding, customer feedback and bold thinking - Produce detailed Product Requirement Documentation (PRD) to drive each product release - Engage closely with Engineering to translate PRD vision into product reality - Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested - Manage and prioritize Product Backlog - Enable Pre-sales and Sales teams with customer demos, technical clarifications, and solution proposals - Keep up to date with latest developments in telecom network technology domain and evaluate new ideas or solutions to be addressed on product platform - Collaborate with Marketing to produce product collaterals such as brochures and product descriptions - Speaking at public events, such as industry conferences, Webinars, podcasts - Receptive to occasional travel Competencies & Skills - Required: - Product management track record - Design thinking principles - Broad knowledge of various networking technologies including but not limited to: RAN (2G thru 5G), backhaul, mobile core, fixed line (core, aggregation, edge), TDM, IP, MPLS, xWDM, SDN/NFV, SD-WAN, MEC. - Strong understanding of OSS/BSS environment and business operations processes in telecommunication services providers - Process-oriented in driving product development lifecycle - Understanding of complex software systems and architectures - Team player and leader who can rally different teams (e.g. Development, UX and data) to develop an awesome product - Persuasive communicator with ability to confidently advocate a position and influence both internal stakeholders and external customers - Exceptional curiosity with - can do attitude - Excellent English communication and presentation skills Competencies & Skills - Preferred : - Network planning/dimensioning for fixed (transport) networks - Network Asset Management and related forward and reverse logistics use cases - Data governance and data integrity management - Network discovery & reconciliation of inventory data - Machine learning - Exposure to designing products leveraging open-source communities and tools Experience : - 10+ years overall experience in telecom domain - 5+ years Product Management experience - Participation in one or more industry forums such as TM Forum, Linux Foundation, GSMA, TIP or O-RAN Alliance - Active product-oriented footprint in relevant Social Media such as LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, vlogs and podcasts
