Lead - Inside Sales:
We are looking for an experienced Lead - Inside Sales to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.
The Lead - Inside Sales will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it's essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
Responsibilities :
- Managing the inside sales representatives- team
- Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects
- Monitor productivity and motivate team to reach daily dial goals
- Setting and tracking sales targets for your team
- Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process
- Provide coaching
- Schedule and lead department meetings
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline forecasts
- Build an open-communication environment for the team
- Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and increase Pipeline
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM
Requirements :
- 6 - 8 years of proven work experience as an Inside sales manager
- Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM software and Hubspot sales
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
Salary Offered : 8-14 LPA
