We are looking for a Sub Vertical Head - Off Highway & Trucks for one of the top IES players in India. Responsible for Delivery, Business & Revenue generation for a Portfolio of Projects.

Experience needed - 16+ years

Position

- This position will be the Business Leader for the entire Off-Highways & Trucks group and will be responsible for monitoring the Business and revenue generation, Customer management, Risk mitigation and management, Quality management and Resource management. The position will carry P&L responsibility

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate business growth options in terms of new offerings to customers and ideate for growth

- Business & Revenue Generation - Establish and manage yearly budgets to ensure cost are controlled and accounted for, Report out monthly P&L activities, utilization, forecast updates to organization leadership team.Create Presales Materials, Identify solutions to new presales challenges on projects, Present, discuss & negotiate on technical aspects with customer.

- Delivery Monitoring and Reporting - Detailed Estimation and capacity Planning, Review detailed Project Plan and Schedule of Delivery as applicable, Resource Planning with Project Managers.

- Customer Management - Expectations Management, Measure & Improve Customer Satisfaction Index, Establish communications plan, Customer Relationship management, Establish review Forums.

- Quality - Review on all Projects Quality metrics & goals, Contribute to Project/Group/Vertical's Quality metrics.

Qualification:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech

Experience & Skill :

- 16 to 20 yrs work experience in Engineering Services supporting Automotive, Manufacturing etc.

- Should have managed multi-location / large teams.

- Should be domain expert in

a. CAD, CAE , CAM

b. Mechanical design engg for products using various tools, prototyping esp in heavy machinery or Auto or similar industries
