1.Responsible for writing on variety of unique topics for the e-Paper, websites, blogs in an effective storytelling ways.

2.Identify trending topics & write content on the same .

3.Plan coverage of upcoming events and evaluate suitability of news copy for publication in the e-paper and website .

4.Read and edit copy to be published in the e-paper, Detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar and syntax

5.identify & coordinate with external content writers /authors to write on relevant topics.

6.Contribute in the layout or format according to space or time allocations and assure production deadlines are met

7. Identify areas of growth and implement strategies through which the website can garner more traffic.

8. Drive social media initiatives to bringing more traffic for the e-and Coordinate & closely work with the SEO team.

9.Negotiate payment with authors and agencies for the publication and coordinate with various departments within the organization for content and publication

Preferred skill set :-

a) Good knowledge on personal finance, business, economics and up to date with various sectors and current best practices in journalism suited to websites, digital content like blogs and familiar with social media.

b)A Flair for proof reading and accuracy is important. Should be familiar and conversant with all media such as print, television and social media.

c) Must be familiar with current SEO practices and active on Facebook and Twitter.

d) Must have good designing knowledge with basic knowledge of respective software to get the best out of the designers.

e)Must have similar experience in a reputed media house, publication or digital paper/platform.

f) The candidate must be from Journalistic background or from a strong Content writing or content development organization.
