Sub-Contracts Manager - Water Industry (7-20 yrs)
- Mandatory Experience in Water Industry (Projects - Water Pipeline / WTP / ETP etc) from Execution / Contractor
- Has complete understanding and application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards.
- Oversees all subcontract activities for a project(s)
- Preparation of subcontract plan, review and updating on weekly basis
- Receipt of requisitions for Subcontracting, preparation of RFQs and floating enquiries
- Receipt of bids and providing clarifications
- Evaluation of bids Drafting of LOIs / Service Agreements / Service Orders / Subcontracts
- manages the subcontract process on contracts including bid list preparation, solicitation of quotes, and evaluating, negotiating and awarding of contracts.
- Leads negotiations for moderate risk subcontracts.
