Roles and responsibilities:  - Plan and manage the customer support operational strategies - day to day operations, resource allocation  - Implement a consistent and clear vision of the Customer Service structure to enable continuous growth and development.  - Ensure proactive communication with external stakeholders/ service providers.  - Create and drive surveys to gather feedback & identify areas of improvement, like customer satisfaction surveys  - Continuous training for the Customer Service team ensuring they have full and up to date knowledge of the products and best customer Service practices.  - Taking full charge of the more serious complaints and ensuring that the client queries have been addressed.  - Adhere to all company policies and procedures like reviewing current Customer Service processes, challenging and suggesting improvements where necessary.  - Develop processes & SOPs to improve efficiency  - Initiate and drive new ideas that would help improve the process.  Skills & qualifications:  - Minimum of 1 - 3 years team lead or 4-6 years customer support agent. Prior experience in managing a team preferred.  - Good experience in email and call support.  - Solid prioritization and organization skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously.  - Ability to see the bigger picture and how actions impact on the company in a wider context.  - Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  - Experienced user of Microsoft office/Google suite applications e.g.Excel, Word, spreadsheets etc. SQL knowledge will be preferred   Salary Offered: 7 - 10 LPA
