As the Business Enablement Manager, you will lead primary and secondary market research to generate insights that will guide business decisions for Splash Math.  - You are a great fit if you can work with both quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights from the information gathered. You will enable sales and marketing campaigns through market mapping, understanding key competitors, existing and potential customers, and general education industry environment in USA.   Responsibilities  - Support sales and marketing campaigns with audience insights derived from secondary research  - Research and summarize industry reports on monthly basis for the top management; Setup industry news alerts and feed the daily report to all business teams  - Prepare competitive analysis in EdTech domain. Track competitor activities across across website, social media, industry events and partnerships. Analyze their key messaging and marketing campaigns  - Study the needs, barriers and success factors of our audience - parents, and school teachers in USA through primary and secondary research. Identify key hooks for each audience  - Identify sales and marketing cycles based on our customers purchase behavior   - Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to understand the customer behavior on various platforms. Present new ideas and insights to the management on regular basis  Qualifications  - 2+ years of experience in Market Research, Sales enablement, Consumer Insights. MBA preferred  - Excellent report writing and presentation skills  - Data-driven decision mentality and ability to derive insights using analytical thinking  - Candidates from IIT, IIM, and other Tier-1 colleges preferred  Salary offered: 7 - 15 LPA
